Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Effective from: 20 October 2025

We know plans change, and we always try to help. Because our operators and equipment are scheduled in advance, very late changes can leave a full day unused. The guidelines below keep things fair for everyone while staying as flexible as we can.


How You Pay

  • Bookings are purchased through our Shopify store just like any other product—there is no separate deposit.
  • Any eligible refund is returned to the original payment method.

Cancellations

24-Hour Cooling-Off (not for next-day bookings)

  • Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, as long as the booking is not for the next day.
  • “Next-day booking” means the scheduled start time is within 24 hours of when you placed the order.

After the 24-Hour Window

When a slot has been reserved for your team and machine, we begin staffing and logistics. If you cancel after the first 24 hours from ordering:

  • More than 72 hours before the start time: refund of all amounts paid minus a £100 cancellation fee to cover allocated staff and planning.
  • 24–72 hours before the start time: 50% refund of the hire fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before the start time or on the day: no refund.

Next-Day Bookings

  • Because we allocate resources immediately, next-day bookings are non-refundable once placed.

Rescheduling

  • If requested more than 24 hours before the start time (and the booking is not next-day), we’ll reschedule once free of charge to the next mutually available date.
  • Reschedule requests within 24 hours of the start time, or for next-day bookings, are treated as a cancellation (see above).

Access, Site Readiness & No-Shows

  • Please ensure safe access, permits and site readiness. If our team attends and cannot carry out the work due to access or safety issues, it is treated as a late cancellation (no refund).
  • If the site contact is unavailable at the scheduled time (no-show), this is treated as a late cancellation (no refund).

Weather, Safety & Our Cancellations

  • If we must cancel or stop work for severe weather or safety reasons, we’ll offer a free reschedule or a full refund—your choice.
  • If we cancel for any other company reason, you’ll receive a full refund.

Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/card provider times may vary).
